How to Get Help Right Now.

A Sort of Urgent Letter From Me to You

Hey Mom Group —

Due to an overwhelming response of comments over the past few days, regarding postpartum anxiety (PPA) and other PMAD symptoms, I’m realizing that there is an enormous need here. I don’t want to be reckless with your stories, or leave anyone in a state of trauma or distress without providing some kind of resource or outlet. I am in the process of trying to find a responsible and viable way to partner with the PMAD experts out there and bring support to all the women who need it. In the meantime, here are some great resources for you to use right now, to help you get the support you need today:

Thinking of you Mamas, and holding your stories and words in my heart.

If you have any thoughts about taking your own life, please call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255. I am not an expert, or clinician. I am simply a facilitator, providing what I hope are helpful resources.
